In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, chives, thyme, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

1/2 cup unsalted butter
softened
2 tbsp fresh parsley
finely chopped

zest of 1 lemon
